The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg will visit Georgia in early February, Georgia Online reports.
Hammarberg will visit Tbilisi, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The EU Commissioner will discuss problems of release of detainees for crossing the borders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
